Rolex Submariner with blue bezel -1972 Rolex Explorer 1 1016 with Service Papers

Very Good case that has previously been polished and has some wear from use. Comes with a ‘hacking’ movement. The caseback is stamped I. 72 Very Good USA C+I rivet bracelet with 11 links and light stretch for its age. Clasp is stamped: 7-71

Excellent black dial with matching creamy yellow markers and hands. The hour and minute hands are darker near the center post and gradually get lighter toward the ends. This is likely due to oil staining. There is an area of very light discoloration on the black portion of the dial near the 5 o’clock marker.
